Vending Concepts sells new, used and refurbished machines. All machines have to be shipped via freight companies. Make sure you purchase the correct items to meet your individual needs. The customer acknowledges that they have both read and understand the description of all equipment; warranty information stated on the website and that if items are purchased from this site, all sales are final. All potential refunds are at the owner's discretion.
CREDIT CARD PURCHASES:
Should you pay for your item(s) with a credit card, by checking the box 'I have read and agree to the terms and conditions,' you are agreeing to all of the terms and conditions on this page. Should you dispute the credit card charges for any reason at a later date, this page will be presented to your credit card company to substantiate our claim for payment of charges.
All currency listed on this site is for US dollars. Any payment made by any customer outside of the United States of America hereby agrees to make such payment in the form of US dollars.
Vending Concepts does not assume responsibility for misuse of items sold on this website, including (but not limited to) lost keys, as well as parts and/or machines that are damaged ex post facto.
Once an order has been accepted into the system, and the item(s) is/are shipped, the order shall be considered final by both Vending Concepts as well as the customer. Beyond the date of shipment, we will be happy to honor any related warranties; in lieu of a warranty, the sale is considered nonrefundable.
When ordering any type of part for your machine, please be able to confirm the manufacturer, model and serial number of the machine it will be installed in. Examine it thoroughly to find this information, so as to assure that your order is correct and applicable to your needs. All parts sales are final. Should you order the wrong parts for your machine, Vending Concepts is not obligated to accept the parts as returned goods.
REFUSAL TO SELL:
Vending Concepts reserves the right to refuse service and/or sale to any individual or business for any reason, with or without notice or explanation.
Should your freight arrived damaged, be sure to have the driver note the damage on all copies of the delivery receipt including a signed copy by the driver for you to keep. Failure to have a signed delivery receipt with damage noted will more than likely cause your claim to be denied.
